We have compiled a list of frequently asked questions. However, if your questions are not
listed below, please feel free to contact us about our wedding website design service.

How can I get started?
  1. Choose your favorite theme, fill out the form and purchase
  2. Within one business day, we will contact you about important design details (colors, fonts, pages etc.)
  3. We will create a Save-The-Date page with a slide show announcing your wedding date while your main website is being designed
  4. We design your wedding website over a 2-week period and send it out for your review
  5. Revisions are made and you share with family and friends!
Will my website be visible on mobile devices?

Yes! Our themes were made to be responsive i.e. they work on all mobile devices.

Password protection

We can password protect the RSVP section of your website. Password protection for the RSVP section is included as part of the premium package.

How do I send you the photos, videos and content?

We have an online repository for you to easily upload the content and media for your wedding website. We will send you instructions on how to do this after you place an order for your wedding website.

Do I need web hosting?

Website hosting is included as part of your package for 12 months, so you won't your own web hosting account.

How long will my website be up?

Our packages include 12 months of active service. If you need it beyond the initial 12 months, just let us know and you can renew your domain name and host your website for another year. We will charge a minimum of $75 to renew your website for another year. We will notify your within six weeks of your domain name expiration date.

I have placed my order but changed my mind about the theme I chose. Can I change to a different theme?

Yes! As long as we have not started working on your site, you are free to change the theme you selected. Please contact us if you want to change your theme. If you make the change after we have started working on your website, you will be billed at an ad hoc rate of $200 per theme change.

RSVPs and RSVP Management

Our rsvp forms are setup to automatically send you an email containing whatever information you want to collect from your guests. Our premium package includes a rsvp management area where you will be given a username and password to the admin area. In the admin area, you will be able to view, delete or update guest entries

Music and Music Playlists

All of our templates include an optional music player with unlimited number of songs. All you have to do is provide us with the songs (in mp3 format) and the order in which you want the songs to be played on your website.

How many photos or videos can I have on my site?

We have a limit of 60 photos for the photo gallery section and 10 videos for the video gallery section. Additional photos are at a rate of $0.50/photo while videos are at $1.00/video. If you have additional pictures or videos, we can add links on your wedding website to a photo sharing website like Flickr or Shutterfly. We can also add links to your youtube page for additional videos.

How secure is my transaction?

All transactions through WedsitesRUs are secure and are processed through PayPal. Our customers are protected through the PayPal Purchase Protection program.

Privacy Policy

We will never share your information with any third party. Our full privacy policy can be seen here.

Can I make additional changes to the website after it has been launched?

You are allowed unlimited changes to your website while your website is being developed. If you would like to make any change to your website after launch, you will be billed ad hoc at an hourly rate or quoted separately.

Can I cancel?

We do not offer refunds on our customized sites. However, we want you to be satisfied with your site. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us to work out a solution.
